Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate tax needs with TurboTax products and services, while building a local client base.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, connect with the community, participate in local marketing, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language using team resources.
