Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor within the community. You will grow TurboTax’s client base locally, attracting new clients and establishing long-term relationships while leveraging Intuit marketing support and TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare taxes for TurboTax customers using professional software.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help build long-term relationships with clients.
