Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and product support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

You’ll build a local client base, engage with the community, and work a flexible part-time schedule including weekends. A strong tax background and ability to explain complex tax concepts in clear language are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for ~20 hours/week.
• Ability to build a local and online social presence and provide accessible tax content.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with deductions optimization, amendments, and tax planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and foster long-term relationships.
• Engage in local marketing and outreach to grow the client base.
• Explain tax concepts in clear, everyday language and use TurboTax tools to support customers.
