Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our new locations across the United States. You will provide in-person and virtual tax services, delivering expert guidance, accurate returns, and personalized support to individuals and small businesses.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll build local relationships, promote TurboTax services, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, ≥20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear provided uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Be the local community ambassador, growing the client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Build long-term relationships and promote brand awareness.
