Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts for on-site work at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless client experience. As a trusted local ambassador, you will build relationships, attract clients, and participate in community events, while leveraging Intuit tools to maximize client

Qualificações

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory areas with training provided.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours/week; hours may scale up during tax season.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in training and development.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Support calculations, deductions optimization, and amendments with professional tools and team input.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services to serve client needs.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience in person and via video tools.
