Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide in-person tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients, deliver comprehensive tax services, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and represent Intuit in customer meetings, delivering an end-to-end TurboTax experience.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory as training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow the client base and drive brand awareness.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience during in-person and virtual engagements.
