Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll perform on-site tax preparation, advise clients, and work closely with tax specialists to deliver end-to-end support.

This role emphasizes local community engagement, growth of TurboTax client base, and professional development through Intuit training. You’ll combine tax expertise with concierge service in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or equivalent tax credential preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax returns preparation using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location (8:00–17:00 local) at least 20 h/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Support complex tax scenarios and future tax planning guidance.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
