Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide comprehensive tax preparation, personalized advisory support, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem of services. You’ll grow the local client base, deliver end-to-end tax experiences, and work closely with a team of tax professionals to ensure accurate, timely results for individuals and businesses.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax credentials: EA, CPA, or practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to train into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, Mon–Fri.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to obtain state licenses as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Play a proactive community ambassador role to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term client relationships and drive local market growth.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guide clients through tax planning and education.
• Engage with in-person and video sessions to support client finances year-round.
