Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will handle in-person and virtual tax support, providing expert advice, complete preparation, and personalized tax services.

You will collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, helping clients navigate complex situations while growing the local client base and delivering a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• Active professional credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local customer base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
