Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will provide on-site tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with a broader team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You’ll drive local growth, engage the community, and connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsabilités

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community through outreach and partnerships.
• Represent TurboTax in local events and marketing initiatives with provided tools.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure year-round support.
