Intuit, Inc. in the United States is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location.

You will work with a collaborative team of tax professionals, serving in-person and virtual clients, and help customers navigate complex tax situations with personalized guidance. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning resources, and ensure a seamless end-to-end

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours per week, with training.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a superior customer experience.
• Assist clients in understanding tax implications of major life events.
