Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing the local client base and fostering customer loyalty.

Ideal candidates have active tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and strong tax knowledge, with a willingness to work weekends and on-site in a retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: represent TurboTax locally, engage prospects, and help convert them into clients.
• Provide Tax Expertise: give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: ensure professional service, build trust and advocate for TurboTax in the community.
