Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with customers in the local community.

The role emphasizes growing the client base, delivering an excellent in-person experience, and building long-term relationships. On-site availability and strong tax credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person using TurboTax tools and deliver clear, personalized tax guidance.
