Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to prepare taxes on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You’ll advise clients, perform tax returns, and grow the local client base with community outreach.

A strong license set (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN are preferred, with capacity to work weekends and wear a uniform. Members will engage with customers in a retail setting, delivering accurate tax solutions and friendly service while leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools to build

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to obtain/state licenses or permits as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and outreach.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
