Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing your local client base and delivering exceptional customer service in a front-facing retail setting. You will engage with the community, represent TurboTax locally, and collaborate with marketing and software tools to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail location, 20+ hours/week, Sundays-Saturdays.
• Interest in building local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Use government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
