Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships.

Active tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney) preferred, with 3+ years of returns experience and PTIN. The role emphasizes community engagement, marketing collaboration, and in-person service at retail locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Experience with Circular 230 is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and plan future tax steps.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
