Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with customers in your local community.

The role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, growing the TurboTax client base, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is a plus.
• Onsite work at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax at local retail locations.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
