Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building strong relationships within your local community.

This role emphasizes in-person client service, entrepreneurship, and using TurboTax resources to grow a local client base. Prior tax experience and active licenses are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• PTIN registration to file taxes is required.
• Onsite presence at TurboTax location is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience with 1040s.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Proactive Community Ambassador for TurboTax in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via the company tools.
• Build local client base and long-term relationships with clients.
