Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will also grow the local client base, engage with the community, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail role. A valid EA/CPA/attorney license with tax experience, PTIN, and state credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and client referrals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
