Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers while building long-term relationships in your local community.

Ideal candidates have active tax credentials (EA/CPA), PTIN, and state licenses, with at least 3 years of experience prepping individual returns.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, in-person tax preparation and advice at a TurboTax Retail location.
• Grow client base and drive long-term relationships in the local community.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using TurboTax products and guidance.
