Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, building long-term relationships and growing the local client base. Ideal candidates hold active EA/CPA/attorney licenses with tax prep experience, are comfortable in a front-facing retail setting, and can work 20+ hours per week onsite.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Must have or obtain State licenses/certificates/bonds
• Minimum 3 years with 30+ federal/state 1040s filed per season using professional software
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week
• Interest in building local social presence and content
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment

Responsibilities

• Honor community ambassador role by representing TurboTax locally
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, convert to long-term clients
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for simple to complex returns
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds
• Use government resources and professional tools to deliver accurate tax solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients meet financial goals
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools
• Address client inquiries and assist with tax-related challenges
