Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role is on-site and involves serving in-person customers, providing full service tax return preparation and tax advice using TurboTax software.

You will engage with the local community, attract new clients, and grow TurboTax’s client base while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted professional license (EA, CPA, or attorney) preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax location and available 20 hours/week.
• Able to work Sunday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full tax returns and provide tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via on-site tools.
