Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join onsite teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, provide tax advice, and help grow the local client base with guidance and friendly service.

As a trusted advisor, you will leverage tax knowledge and Intuit tools to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Must have a current PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help grow the local client base.
