Intuit seeks motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building lasting relationships and growing the local client base.

You’ll engage customers as a trusted advisor, represent TurboTax in the community, and collaborate with marketing resources to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide full service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging with local community and prospects.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
