Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide full tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while building relationships with local customers and the community.

You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients optimize refunds and plan for future tax needs, while growing the TurboTax client base through local marketing and on-site engagement.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation and advisory services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist clients with deductions, planning, and complex tax situations.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax clientele.
• Deliver top-tier customer service in a retail setting.
