Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will represent TurboTax in the community, grow the client base, and leverage marketing resources to create long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes in accordance with law.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week, Sunday through Saturday.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Must reside within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and developing long-term client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and a focus on helping clients reach financial goals.
