Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as year-round TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will work on-site with a team of financial pros to assist customers with in‑person tax returns, tax advice, and software support.

You will grow the local client base, deliver excellent service, and help customers achieve positive financial outcomes. The role is non-exempt, onsite in the United States, with schedule flexibility for peak periods.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Facilitate tax reviews and discovery sessions.
• Build long-term client relationships and trust.
• Interact with customers in person and via video tools.
