Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor to help customers navigate their tax needs and grow a local client base. You will be an on-site team member delivering hands-on tax services, engaging with the community, and leveraging marketing support to build long-term relationships

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
