Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to join onsite teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and help grow the local client base through outreach and partnerships.

The role emphasizes on-site involvement, strong tax knowledge, and a customer-focused approach to create trusted relationships and facilitate ongoing engagement in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally and building the brand in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine client care.
