Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will provide in-person tax advice, complete returns, and help customers maximize refunds while building local relationships and growing Intuit’s client base.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and on-site retail requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and represent TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
