Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and provide software support to clients in person, helping them navigate complex tax situations with confidence.

You will also act as a community ambassador, attracting new clients and expanding local TurboTax presence, while delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on trust and long-term

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience with 30+ filings per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Disclose deductions, review returns, and discuss tax planning options.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in clear, everyday language.
