Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while actively growing the local client base.

Role requires strong tax knowledge, client advisory skills, and a willingness to engage with the community through local marketing and outreach efforts. Retail environment experience is a plus, with flexible weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) with strong tax prep experience
• PTIN is required to file taxes
• State licenses/certificates may be required for roles
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax software

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships in-store and online
