Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, providing hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers.

You will help grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while wearing a TurboTax uniform and meeting weekly hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license required or preferred.
• 3+ years of paid federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.
• Onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship location; US residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist with tax planning and education.
