Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work onsite, engage with individuals and small businesses, and coordinate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions. You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and connect clients with additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns (30+ per season) using professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms
• Interest in building local and online presence and content
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing

Responsabilités

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex situations
• Act as a community ambassador, grow local client base, and lead outreach and events
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored advice
• Deliver exceptional customer experience via in-person and video tools and timely support
