Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax expertise, complete preparation for diverse personal and small-business clients, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

In addition to tax work, you’ll grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney preferred with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping or payroll with training.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for personal and small-business clients.
• Perform tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan future taxes.
• Engage with clients to understand their financial picture and connect with Intuit experts.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Collaborate across the Intuit ecosystem to provide end-to-end service.
