Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert who works on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services.

You will engage with clients, understand their financial picture, and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Formación

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing federal and state returns using professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Develop local client base through community outreach and events.
• Introduce clients to complementary Intuit services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
