Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with clients in person and virtually, building relationships and guiding clients through comprehensive tax solutions with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will engage with the community, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while collaborating with a team of financial experts.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN and at least 3 years of tax return prep experience.
• Ability to work onsite 20+ hours weekly.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and deductions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build local customer base through outreach, community events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intelliut ecosystem services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and foster long-term relationships.
