Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients, both in person and virtually. You will work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States and collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will build local relationships, grow the client base, and connect clients to services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualificações

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns filed per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Complete all required training and development; uniforms; advertising photos.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Identify opportunities to connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build local client base through outreach and partnerships to grow TurboTax presence.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and video interactions.
