Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve individual and small business clients at local TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes required by law.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Experience working onsite at a TurboTax office location with standard daytime hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a local customer base for TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address their needs.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through face-to-face and virtual meetings.
