Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 preparation for 30+ returns per season.
• Familiar with Circular 230 and tax laws.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• onsite at a TurboTax location; 20 hours/week minimum.
• Completion of required training and compliance programs.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong client focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex personal and business returns and amendments.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem specialists for holistic solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
