Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will partner with specialists to address complex scenarios, grow a local client base, and deliver a seamless end‑to‑end Intuit experience for individuals and small businesses. You will educate clients about the Intuit ecosystem, offer referrals to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, and participate in community

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with Intuit training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week; hours may scale up during tax season.
• Willing to complete all required training and development; company may add requirements.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and allow using name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across simple to complex tax situations.
• Serve as a community ambassador to grow a local client base and lead outreach events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience both in-person and via video tools.
• Engage with marketing resources to drive brand awareness and client loyalty.
