Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at one of our TurboTax locations in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to individuals and small businesses, collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service. Beyond tax filing, you’ll grow your local client base, participate in community events, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location; 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local client base and act as a community ambassador for TurboTax.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and professional service across interactions.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools to resolve tax questions.
