Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a collaborative team serving both in-person and virtual clients, handling a range of tax scenarios from simple to complex.

You will build a local client base, participate in community events, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required.
• 3+ years filing 1040 returns with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to upskill into additional services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location; 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Training and development commitments.
• Willing to wear uniforms.
• Interested in local community presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and completion for TurboTax clients.
• Handle personal and business income, deductions, amendments.
• Meet with clients; coordinate with specialists for end-to-end service.
• Grow local TurboTax client base via outreach and events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
