Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert guidance at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work on-site with a team, handling personal and business tax scenarios and connecting clients with broader Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.

You will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and provide ongoing support through in-person meetings and digital tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal & state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain a high-quality customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
