Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide in-person tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve individual and small-business clients, collaborate with specialists, and help grow the local client base through community engagement.

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
