Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with a network of specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

As a trusted guide, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community through events, and leverage Intuit tools to deliver end-to-end

Qualifications

• Active professional tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorneys) with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for future taxes.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, community events, and partnerships, becoming the local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Build long-term client relationships, delivering year-round support and a best-in-class customer experience.
