Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work closely with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for individuals and small businesses.

Grow the local client base through community engagement, marketing tools, and partnerships while offering the full Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite work with 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex cases.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via virtual channels.
