Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join TurboTax Local Service Expert locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, working onsite and collaborating with a team of tax professionals.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, participate in community events, and connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios
• Build local client base through outreach, workshops, and partnerships
• Connect clients to the full Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma)
• Develop long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions
