Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients, building trusted relationships within your community.

You will collaborate with tax professionals across business lines to deliver end-to-end solutions, grow the local client base, and ensure a seamless customer experience while upholding Intuit's standards and values.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
• Serve as local community ambassador and grow TurboTax client base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
