Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, educate clients, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and connect clients with Intuit's ecosystem such as bookkeeping and payroll services. Excellent communication and a service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Provide accurate tax preparation for personal and business returns.
• Explain tax concepts clearly to clients and review legally compliant options.
• Build trust through personalized, local community-focused service.
• Be willing to training for broader Intuit advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax clients.
• Engage in discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
